3M™ Organic Vapor Air Monitoring System with Prepaid Analysis uses a single charcoal sorbent wafer for collecting vapors. Monitor 3500 uses the proven scientific principle of diffusion, which is the gradual mixing of molecules of two or more substances. It shows an accuracy of /- 25% at a 95% confidence level for many workplace contaminants. Monitor analysis service will only analyze the compounds listed in section 1.6 of the organic vapor monitor sampling and analysis guide. Orange monitor has an 18 month shelf life.
